Booking Policy Reservation Confirmation: The payment made corresponds exclusively to the reservation of the service. Maximum Capacity: The service has a maximum limit of 16 passengers per trip. Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued for cancellations, with no exceptions. Full Payment Requirement: The total amount of the service must be paid before the trip, either online or in person. Rescheduling: In case of rescheduling, arrangements will be made in person, depending on the availability and needs of each group. By making a reservation, the customer agrees to and accepts this policy.
